After working for various large National vending operators for many years we became increasingly dismayed by the poor service and quality of drinks and snacks offered. Many companies would wait days for a machine to be attended to by an engineer only to be told they didn’t have the correct part on board.
As a result in 2004 we set up our own company working within limited distances which would enable us to be on site with 4 hours in the event of breakdowns whilst also having a multitude of spare parts. During our visits we make a point of speaking to our customers to see if they have any issues which we can rectify there and then.
It could be as simple as being asked to increase the size of the coffee cups, lower the temperature or refill the snack machine with an unusual product. Every one of our clients state our professional and personal approach is far superior to the large, faceless national vending operators.
